Murasha, in its heyday…was a site to behold. A city that stretched out from the coastline like a creeping moss. The tower of the wizard Shillastre anchored the city to the water and formed the focal point for many of the cities avenues and thoroughfares. The tower (then called Prism Point) sat on an island just off the coast and was connected to the mainland by three great bridges. Many elaborate structures graced the interior of the city; great temples and theaters, sprawling market places, majestic residential districts, and shops and stores of every conceivable type.
Being that Murasha was a port city, it became a mecca of trade. Merchants became powerful figures in the city and brought in wares from all over the realm. If there was something you were looking for…there was a good chance you’d find it in Murasha.
Shillastre’s influence on the city was considerable, bringing sweeping changes in government, public works, defense, and diversity.
